We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and provide medical, dental and pharmacy services at 14 sites throughout Hillsborough County. We are continuing to explore opportunities to serve our community, including the opening of new sites. We also have a Service Center site coordinating all telephone calls, referrals, and e-fax activities. We are accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).

As a private, not-for-profit organization, our Board of Directors is comprised of all volunteers, all from our local community.

Our competitive employee benefits include insurances for health, dental, life, and disability. We provide 7 paid holidays and a Paid Time Off program, which begins with an accrual rate equal to 15 days annually. We also have a 401k program for long-term savings.

We are a non-smoking company and only non-smokers will be considered.

Additionally, we have a standard for personal appearance that requires all employee to have no tattoos that can be seen on the head, face (except for permanent makeup), neck (anything above the t-shirt neckline to include on/inside the eyelids, mouth, and ears), hands, or finger while wearing their uniform scrubs or office professional attire.
